Her passion is to see people set free from the bondages that keep us from experiencing complete freedom in Jesus Christ!
In March 2003, Elder Anthony set out to establish a community outreach ministry that he and his wife would share together to reach out and strengthen their community. The first event was a Mother-Daughter Luncheon held in May of that year with Co-Pastor Lynn and Evangelist Joy Mifflin as the guest preachers. In August of that year, Anthony was led to turn his face to the wall as he felt the pastoral call on his life growing stronger. A call that he had rejected when first confirmed by his then pastor, Elder Kim Freeman-Walker. On November 16, 2003, in obedience to the Lord Abundant Life Restoration Ministries became a House of Worship. Our first home was in the Historic Queen Anne's County Arts Council building at 206 S. Commerce St in Centreville, MD. It was great relationship but as the needs of the church changed a more permanent site was needed. We relocated to 132 Comet Drive located above Chesapeake Auto in Centreville. The Coopers were great landlords, but feeling that the church needed a more accessible meeting place; Pastor Reed began searching for a place to call our own. By faith in August 2011, we ended the lease and moved our services to Faith Tabernacle Holy Church located at 225 Little Kidwell. God did some wonderful things as the two churches worked together and hosted a block party, VBS, and other outreaches. October 2011 was the turning point and our current property at 1003 Hayden Rd, Centreville was purchased. The Pastor and Members worked untiringly to make the building ready before our Anniversary that year. We continue to make improvements and have established ourselves as a ministry that loves its members and our community!
The small space adjacent to the Main sanctuary is named the Sherese Daniels McNeal Fellowship Hall. Renovations having been made possible by a Memorial Donation, the space is home to KIDZ Life and doubles as a place of fellowship to our guests.
After the pandemic of 2020, the main sanctuary underwent an extensive renovation and is the face of church plant. We host an Annual Back Pack Giveaway, Annual Thanksgiving Meal to Seniors, and Annual Christmas Outreach to local housing communities. We support local organizations and seek ways to give back throughout the year!

The Holy Bible-
We believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God (2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:21)
The Eternal Godhead-
We believe in one God who expresses himself as God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit (John 1: 1-3;14;Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14).
The Fall of Man-
We believe that God created man in his image and his likeness, but through voluntary disobedience man fell from perfection (Romans 5:12).
The Plan of Salvation-
We believe that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us reconciling us unto God, thus satisfying the penalty of sin for all who believe on Jesus. (John 3:16; Romans 5:8; Romans 5:10)
Repentance and Justification-
We believe that when we repent, and accept Jesus Christ as our personal Lord, we are then justified before God. (Acts 2:38; Romans 5:1, 1 John 1:9)
New Birth/Being Born Again-
We believe that there is significant change in the heart and life at the point of conversion, this we call the New Birth (John 3:5; Ephesians 1:13; Ephesians 4:30; 2 Corinthians 1:22)
Water Baptism-
We believe that baptism by immersion is an outward sign of an inward change. (Matthew 28:19; Acts 8:35-38; Romans 6:3-4)
The Lord’s Supper-
We believe in the commemoration of the Lord’s Supper by the symbolic use of bread and the “fruit of the vine”. (1 Corinthians 11:23-26)
Baptism of the Holy Spirit-
We believe that the Holy Spirit endows the believer with power. We also believe the Holy Spirit seals one until the day of redemption. (Acts 1:8; Acts 2:4,38; Acts 19:2-6; Luke 11:13)
The Gifts and Fruit of the Spirit-
We believe that the Holy Spirit has gifts to bestow upon the Christian believer, and that with the infilling of the Holy Spirit the Christian should demonstrate fruit as an evidence of being filled with the Holy Spirit. (1Corinthians 12:1-11, Galatians 5:22-23)
Divine Healing-
We believe divine healing is the power of Christ to heal the physically sick in answer to the prayer of faith. (James 5:14-16)
The Second Coming of Christ-
We believe in the literal and personal second coming of Jesus Christ (Acts 1:11; 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17; Revelation 19:11- 13)
Civil Government-
We believe that rulers and authorities should be held in high regard, prayed for, and obeyed except when they oppose the will of God (Romans 13:1-5; 1 Peter 2:13-20)
The Final Judgment-
We believe that we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ. (Romans 14:10; 2 Corinthians 5:10)
Heaven-
We believe in a literal heaven, which is the glorious home of born again believers.(John 14:1-3;
Revelation 7:15-17)
Hell-
We believe in a literal hell where the unrepentant will be in torment day and night for rejecting Christ. (Revelation 20:10, 14-15)
Tithes and Offering-
We believe that the God ordained method for supporting the spread of His cause is through the giving of tithes and offering.(Malachi 3:10, Matthew 23:23, 2 Corinthians 9:6-7; Proverbs 3:9-10;)
